What if I go on holiday?

You can put your membership on hold.
In any given 12 month period you can "freeze" your agreement twice for up to 3 months combined.

Can I cancel my membership?

If you can cancel in the minimum term you will have to pay a cancellation fee (see our Terms and conditions for details) if cancelling for medical reasons confirmed by a doctor there is no cancellation fee applied. If cancelling on ongoing agreement after the minimum term you may give us 30 days notice and no fee is attached.

How and when do I get charged?

Your direct debit is in weekly payments through Ezedebit.

Please note: Ezedebit charge a once off $2.10 admin fee to set up each account. If paying with visa or mastercard there is a 2.2% (minimum $1.10) transaction fee on each debit.

FFF Junction have included the bank account transaction fee (by Ezedebit) in their rates so there are no extra fees on bank account transactions.
